SysLedge

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 September 2026

These terms cover using SysLedge to run a water delivery business. By opening an account and using the service, a shop agrees to them.

These pages are written in plain language by the SysLedge team to describe how the service actually works. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not legal advice. If something here matters to your business, write to us and we will explain it properly.

What SysLedge is

SysLedge is software for running a water delivery shop: customers and subscriptions, deliveries, payments and outstanding balances, bottle inventory, invoices, and reports on all of it. It is provided as a service over the internet — there is nothing to install and we run and maintain it.

Accounts

Shop accounts are created by SysLedge rather than by signing up on the website. Once an account exists, the shop owner can create staff accounts and decide what each one is allowed to do.

  • Keep your sign-in details private. Anything done by an account is treated as done by whoever holds it.
  • The shop owner is responsible for the staff accounts they create and for removing access when someone leaves.
  • Tell us promptly if you think an account has been used by someone who should not have it.
  • Give us accurate details for the business, and keep them up to date.

Plans, trials and billing

Plans are priced by how many customers a shop carries. Starter is Rs. 5,000 per month for up to 300 customers; Pro is Rs. 8,000 per month for up to 500. Above 500, capacity is added in blocks of 100 customers at Rs. 1,000 per month for each block.

New shops start with a 10-day free trial and no card is required for it. After the trial, continuing to use SysLedge means being on a paid plan.

  • Subscriptions run monthly and are billed in advance.
  • A shop cannot add customers beyond the allowance on its plan; raising the allowance moves it to the corresponding price.
  • If a subscription is not paid, access can be suspended until it is settled. The shop’s data is not deleted because of non-payment.
  • Prices can change. We will tell shops before a change takes effect for them.

Your data

The records a shop puts into SysLedge belong to that shop — its customers, deliveries, payments and stock. We store and process them so the shop can use the service, and we do not sell them or use them for anything else. How they are handled is set out on our privacy page.

A shop is responsible for what it records about its own customers, including having a proper reason to hold their details and keeping them accurate.

Using it properly

  • Use SysLedge for running a legitimate business.
  • Do not try to reach another shop’s data, or any part of the system your account is not meant to reach.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break into the service.
  • Do not copy, resell or rebrand the software as your own.
  • Do not use the service to send anything unlawful to your customers.

Availability and support

We work to keep SysLedge running and available, but it can be interrupted — by maintenance, by a fault, or by something outside our control such as an outage at a provider we depend on. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Support is offered over WhatsApp and by email during ordinary business hours. We aim to answer quickly and we prioritise anything that stops a shop working.

Limits

SysLedge is a record-keeping tool. It reports what has been entered into it, and it is the shop’s responsibility to check that its own figures are right before acting on them — particularly bills sent to customers. We are not liable for business losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of data in the system, or from the service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Ending the arrangement

A shop can stop using SysLedge at any time by telling us; the subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for. We can suspend or close an account for unpaid subscriptions or for a serious breach of these terms, and we will explain why when we do.

If an account is closed, ask us for a copy of the shop’s data and we will provide it.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the product does. We will update the date at the top, and tell shops directly about anything that materially affects them. Questions go to sysledgee@gmail.com.
